AI Training for Industry: Liebot brings 4,000 employees and 13 subsidiaries into a Group AI program
When the French leader in windows and facades decides to align its entire organization with AI, it's unlike any other industry AI training.
The Liebot Group : 4,000 employees, 13 companies (K-LINE, MéO, Ouest Alu, Wibaie, BIPA, Vetrex, PaX), located in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Poland has chosen AI Sisters to lead its AI 2026 program.
Not a one-off session, but an industry AI training rolled out throughout the year, with a simple goal: for every department in every subsidiary to leave with AI use cases that can be activated the very next day.

The client
Founded in Herbiers in Vendée, the Liebot Group designs, manufactures, and markets windows, glazed doors, entrance doors and aluminum facades, PVC, wood and wood-aluminum.
The group comprises 13 companies and 4,000 employees around brands well-known throughout the construction industry: K-LINE (French leader in aluminum windows), MéO (leading French manufacturer of wood-aluminum joinery since 1983), Ouest Alu, Wibaie, BIPA, Vetrex, PaX.
Liebot operates in two areas: industrial windows and facades, and across all distribution channels: installer craftsmen, merchants, DIY superstores, builders, and design offices.
With €860 million in revenue and a presence in five European countries, the group represents exactly the type of organization where generic AI training doesn't work: too many different professions, too many subsidiaries, too many confidentiality concerns.
The challenge
Onboarding 4,000 employees while avoiding two common pitfalls
When a multi-subsidiary industrial group decides to embrace AI, it faces two poor options.
Either generic training that speaks to everyone and therefore no one, or 13 parallel AI plans, one per subsidiary, which multiply costs, fragment governance, and overwhelm the IT department.
Liebot rejected both.
The challenge presented to AI Sisters : to build a unique program, consistent across the Group, yet modular enough to be directly relevant to a K-LINE salesperson, a Wibaie sales administration assistant, or a MéO management controller.
Diversity of professions
Sales, Sales Administration, After-Sales Service, marketing, management control, R&D, commercial facades, architect specifications : no team does the same work.
A single industry AI training cannot work.
Group Confidentiality
Wibaie quotes, MéO plans, Point P ARCs, Group P&L, Coralium formulas, K-LINE briefs : no strategic data can pass through a personal account or a public tool.
Sustainable adoption, not just for show
An impressive AI demo in April is useless if, by September, no one is using the tools anymore.
The challenge: to transform the initial curiosity into a workplace reflex in each subsidiary.

Our approach
Our industrial AI training program for the Liebot Group
We developed a sequenced 4-part program, which runs throughout 2026.
Each part has a specific function in the transformation; none works without the others.
The AI Show: Group-wide Kickoff

A half-day to get all group teams on the same page, in person at theLes Herbiers auditorium and via video for the European subsidiaries.
Afterwards, more than 200 employees leave with the same AI vocabulary foundation, the same security practices and the same Tool assessment framework.
The Audit: Current State Assessment Before Training
Before any business workshop, we map out the existing landscape.
Which AI tools are already in use, by whom, and in which subsidiaries?
What levels of confidentiality (from N1 maximum risk to N4 Group Enterprise standard) are at stake?
What priority use cases emerge per business unit?
The AI Ambassadors Program: representatives in each subsidiary
We train a core group of AI ambassadors in each subsidiary (K-LINE, MéO, Wibaie, Ouest Alu, BIPA…).
Not so they become technical experts, but so they can champion its use day-to-day within their teams.
The key to ensuring AI doesn't remain an IT department topic and becomes a genuine business practice.
Functional Workshops: one workshop per team, concrete use cases
We run specialized workshops, department by department: sales, sales administration, after-sales service, marketing, financial controlling, HR, product innovation — no theory.
Each team works on their own documents and leaves with validated operational prompts, not with slides.

Use cases
AI use cases in manufacturing: what the Liebot teams produced from the very first session
This is where AI training in manufacturing stops being just a concept.
Here's what the teams at Liebot, by department, actually did with AI during our workshops using their own documents, with their own clients!
After-sales service & quality
→ Analyze a distributor customer complaint : email + 3 photos of an entrance door VENEZIA delivered damaged, then produce at once the summary report, the probable diagnosis, and the customer response ready to send.
→ Write in 10 lines the response email to a shipping damage claim, with numbered checklist of technical questions to assess the claim in a single exchange.
→ Cross-reference the handwritten customer request and a quote for 6 joinery items to detect discrepancies before sending blocking, to be checked and minor.
→ Reduce the processing time of a complete After-Sales Service case from 30 minutes to 5 minutes.
Sales Administration & Quoting

→ Read a handwritten purchase order (project "Casa Tradi Faustin" by Bat Bi Menuiseries) and present it as a structured table, item by item : type of joinery, dimensions H×W, glazing, options.
→ Compare a Point P customer order and the associated Wibaie ARC to prevent any discrepancy from generating a rework at our expense.
→ Automatically list missing or ambiguous information that needs to be clarified with the client.
Sales & Marketing
→ Draft a warm K-LINE sales follow-up email to an independent joiner who is hesitant to switch from From PVC to aluminum.
→ Transform a 28-page MéO brochure into a structured FAQ with 20 to 30 questions/answers immediately distributable to partner tradespeople.
→ Produce 3 prospecting emails tailored to 3 different target audiences (real estate developer, architect, joiner) in 5 minutes.
→ Generate a complete K-LINE campaign kit (Instagram post, LinkedIn post, email banner, A4 flyer, landing page) around the low-carbon standard (-29%, 80% recycled aluminum, 56% recycled glass) in 20 minutes.
Management control, strategy & product innovation
→ Analyze a 6-tab MéO report over 6 months and extract trends for revenue, margin per segment, client concentration and critical service levels in 10 minutes instead of half a day.
→ Produce a 360° competitive benchmark of the window market in France and Europe (Tryba, Lapeyre, K par K, Internorm, Schüco) with traceable public sources — forming the basis of a COMEX note for the 2027-2030 strategic plan.
→ Brainstorm 3 industrially realistic new product concepts from the MéO catalog and a study of a promising segment, then pitch the Go / No Go form to the Executive Committee.
