100 employees trained in 90-minute Lunch & Learns: Samsung teaches AI without blocking a single day
AI Lunch & Learn programme for 120 Samsung Electronics France managers: 4 lunchtime sessions of 1.5 hours, with one actionable habit per session.

Samsung Electronics France has been supporting its teams on generative AI for more than a year. To embed new habits without blocking out entire days, AI Sisters worked with the brand to build a new high-tech AI training format: the Lunch & Learn. Sessions of 1.5 hours, at lunchtime, a different topic each time, with nearly a hundred employees on board. Four back-to-back sessions: discovering generative AI, learning to question its answers, reclaiming your own voice, redesigning your routine. This high-tech AI training does not produce theoretical knowledge - every participant leaves with a habit they can apply that same afternoon.
Training nearly 100 employees without blocking out a single day
At Samsung Electronics France, the challenge was not persuading people. It was finding a format that fitted already overloaded diaries — and that produced something more than a spike of enthusiasm followed by a return to old habits.
Training without taking teams off the job
Taking nearly a hundred employees away for full days of training was out of reach. The format had to fit into the existing work rhythm, not put it on hold.
Correcting uncritical use
Most employees use AI as if it knew everything. Yet it invents, oversimplifies and introduces bias. The programme had to build a habit of checking — without giving up the time savings.
Building lasting habits, not a one-off
A single session does not change a working habit. It is the regularity of the sessions that allows habits to take hold over time, session after session.
Bringing hidden AI use into the open
Many uses grow up outside any framework. The aim: clarify what can and cannot be shared with a tool, so that everyone uses AI openly, not in secret.

Our high-tech AI training programme
Four back-to-back sessions of 1.5 hours, each on a different topic. Each session takes autonomy up a notch: understand, question, produce, redesign. And each one ends with a deliverable that participants apply that same afternoon.
Session 1 · AI Show: an introduction to generative AI
Understanding the uses and seeing what AI really changes in day-to-day work. Four blocks: an introduction to generative AI, the art of prompting with the Role · Context · Task · Goal · Constraints · Tone framework, live use cases, then security, confidentiality and risks.

Session 2 · Staying in control: critical thinking and judgement
The “Truth challenge” format: AI answers scroll across the screen and participants spot what is wrong in real time. A breakdown of the 4 sources of inaccuracy — hallucination, oversimplification, data bias, knowledge cut-off date — followed by 3 verification techniques that take less than 2 minutes.

Session 3 · Reclaiming your voice: context + signature
Workshop format. We work on the formula AI quality = Model × Tools × Context: connecting AI to your real tools (email, files, calendar), then giving it a stable memory through Projects. The session ends with the group creating a “human tone of voice” skill together.

Session 4 · The augmented professional: redesigning your routine and your role
Mapping the tasks of a typical week, sorted into a 3-column matrix: I delegate to AI, I co-create with AI, 100% human. Every participant leaves with a 30-day roadmap and one priority change to start the following Monday.

Your teams already use AI, but without a shared method?Together we identify the priority topics and the right pace of sessions.

AI use cases in high-tech
Each session draws on real situations raised by the Samsung teams. Here are the cases worked on live, role by role.

Sales and key accounts
→ Prepare a strategic meeting with a major retailer: stakes, positioning, buying signals
→ Anticipate difficult objections with counter-arguments tailored to the range
→ Draft an email reply that addresses a listing blocker point by point
→ Turn raw meeting notes into a report that can be shared internally
→ Cross-reference calendar and emails to produce a brief for each client meeting
Marketing and product management
→ Analyse customer reviews posted on retail partners' sites and bring out trends and verbatims
→ Produce a structured product sheet from raw specs, benefits before features
→ Cross-reference a folder of campaign briefs and surface the recurring angles
→ Benchmark the brand's reputation against direct competitors
→ Build a product pitch, then bring out its limitations before release
HR and internal communications
→ Generate a complete, attractive job description from a manager's brief
→ Produce a list of scenario-based interview questions
→ Draft an internal email invitation to an employee event
→ Check an HR figure cited by AI before passing it on: source, date, scope
Support functions and reporting
→ Have AI read an Excel file: structure, inconsistencies, formulas to write
→ Generate automation code for recurring manual consolidations
→ Produce tracking plans ready to review rather than written from scratch
→ Spot delays in a file and draft the related alert emails
→ Draft a summary note for a committee, with every recommendation backed by arguments
