Which AI tools should a company use?
The most widely deployed in France are ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. The right choice depends on your existing tools (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), your data and your use cases: writing, analysis, code or agents.
What is the difference between ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot?
Copilot works inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. ChatGPT and Claude are standalone assistants with their own features: GPTs and agents on one side, Projects, Skills and Cowork on the other. Many companies use two of them.
Why train your teams on an AI tool you have already rolled out?
A tool rolled out without training stays underused. Teams treat it like a search engine and miss what actually saves time: good prompts, shared context and automations.
Do you also offer AI agents training?
Yes. The AI agents training teaches your teams to build agents with GPTs, Claude Cowork, Copilot Studio or n8n. The AI Sisters Lab can also design the agent for you.
Are there any prerequisites?
No technical prerequisites. Each course starts from your teams' level and their real tasks.
Can the training be funded by an OPCO?
Yes. AI Sisters is a Qualiopi-certified AI consultancy, so our tool-based training is eligible for funding by your OPCO (French training fund), depending on the rules of your sector.
How do you avoid shadow AI?
Give your teams an approved tool and train them to use it. When the official tool is useful, unauthorised use drops. You also need a short policy that says which data can go into which tool.
