Media Figaro, the advertising sales house of the Figaro group, trained 17 ambassadors on Copilot, then supported them all the way to building their own agents.

We keep moving forward on our projects. Your support has been very well received by our staff.
Karine Rielland Mardirossian, Deputy Managing Director for Digital, Operations and Innovation, Media Figaro

From April to July 2026, AI Sisters ran a Copilot Ambassadors Programme for Media Figaro, the advertising sales house of the Figaro group.
Seventeen ambassadors from every department of the sales house followed a three-month programme: two training sessions, a use-case mapping, an audit, an agent-building workshop and small-group coaching.
The goal: move from a deployed tool to Copilot agents that genuinely help in the day-to-day work of each role.
In early 2026, Media Figaro brought together a working group: sales, marketing, BI, adops, creative, data. Each member had to identify one or more projects to gain productivity and innovate with Copilot.
The challenge for AI Sisters: define the right use cases for each role, assess their feasibility in Copilot, then help the teams build their agents.
Before building agents, the teams needed to get up to speed on what the tool can do and its features.
Management wanted to identify the most relevant use cases for each role, rather than a long theoretical list.
Copilot had to remain the preferred tool. Every use case had to be built inside it.
The sales house is a lean organisation. It needed an agile set-up, not a heavy large-scale programme.
Copilot is deployed, but your teams don't have agents yet?
We train a group of ambassadors and build the first agents with them.

Three months of support on the sales house's premises in Paris, led by trainer Titouan. Part of the programme was funded through the training plan.
A kick-off at the end of March, then 45-minute interviews with each department: BI and performance, tech, sales, marketing, data and AI. A way to start from each team's real needs.
On 8 and 9 April, two three-hour sessions. How LLMs work, structured prompts, checking answers, analysing PDFs and Excel files. In between, an exercise: create or optimise your own assistant using the fundamentals of prompting.
On 11 May, a workshop to map use cases. On 19 May, the audit findings were presented to the steering committee. At the end of May, a workshop dedicated to building agents in Copilot Studio, with 45-minute coaching sessions in three groups.
To remove the technical blockers met in Copilot Studio, AI Sisters organised an “AI Bar” on 1 July: 30-minute one-to-one sessions with a consultant specialising in Copilot Studio. The programme closed in mid-July with a summary and a roadmap.

The agents were chosen and built by the ambassadors themselves, around their own tasks.

→ Updating programmatic forecasts
→ Weekly landing forecast
→ Tracking top publishers
→ Automated market monitoring

In early July, the Deputy Managing Director for Digital gave written feedback: “The feedback is very positive and our 6 projects have moved forward.” The programme ended with a roadmap, a licence strategy rolled out in waves and governance for future agents.
