25 teams, one day: in Nantes, Daher teams build their own Copilot agent
Industrial AI training: in Nantes, 25 Daher teams attend an AI Show, then a Copilot Agentathon. Each team builds its own agent in a single day.
On 4 November 2026, AI Sisters ran an AI Show + Agentathon day for Daher in Nantes, from 9am to 5pm.
25 teams learned to prompt in the morning, then built their own AI agent on Copilot in the afternoon. The leaderboard ran live on the AI Sisters platform.
Nantes is the fourth day of the Daher series in 2026, after Toulouse, Tarbes and Paris. Same format, new teams.
Running a proven format again, this time in Nantes
Daher rolls out AI site by site. Toulouse in February, Tarbes in September, the support functions in Paris in October. In Tarbes, teams loved the format, and Daher chose to run it again as is in Nantes.
The challenge for AI Sisters: take 25 teams from discovering Copilot to building their own agent, in a single day.
Act on the same day
No inspiration day without follow-through. Every team had to leave with an agent it built itself.
Stay in the everyday tool
Everything happens in Copilot, which teams already have. No extra platform to adopt after the training.
Keep the bar high from one site to the next
Fourth day of the series. The format had to deliver in Nantes just as it did in Tarbes and Paris.

Our AI training programme for Daher’s Nantes teams
One day from 9am to 5pm, in two parts: the AI Show to understand, then the Agentathon to build. Two AI Sisters trainers, Titouan and Arnaud, went from table to table with the teams.
The opening AI Show
LLMs and the art of prompting, then Copilot features inside Microsoft 365 apps. With hands-on exercises, such as a five-line summary for a director.
Phase 1: building one agent together
All teams build the same agent, step by step, on the AI Sisters platform. Each round earns points, and the leaderboard updates live on screen.
Phase 2: everyone builds their own agent
Each team moves on to its own agent, for a need in its own job. Trainers move between tables to unblock prompts and instructions.
Final ranking and certificates
At the end of the day, the final ranking appears on the big screen. The podium teams receive their “Agentathon Champions” certificate.
