A seminar dedicated to generative AI for Monnoyeur

As part of their annual seminar, Monnoyeur invited AI Sisters To animate a Promptathon AI. This event brought together 27 communicators from various international subsidiaries (Romania, Poland, Spain...) during a Immersive morning, with the aim of discovering and mastering theGenerative AI applied to their profession.

A first part dedicated to the discovery of AI and prompting
‍

The first part allowed participants to explore the possibilities offered by AI and to understand the concrete challenges they face in their daily lives:

✅ Optimizing processes : automation of note taking in meetings via Teams and Copilot.
‍
✅ Creation of impacting content : assisted generation of posts on social networks, emails and press relations.
‍
✅ AI visuals and videos : exploration of image and video generation tools to enrich internal and external communication.

The participants also learned The art of prompting, a key skill for effectively exploiting AI tools.

🔹 Customizing prompts to get more accurate and relevant results.

🔹 Common mistakes to avoid to maximize the quality of AI productions.

A second part devoted to the Promptathon

The second part took the form of a collaborative challenge, where participants put their skills into practice during a Promptathon.

Produce innovative content and demonstrate the impact of AI on their business.

📌 The proposed challenge :

  • Create a security awareness campaign, a strategic challenge for Monnoyeur.


Divided into groups, participants collaborated to generate powerful messages in a limited amount of time. One interactive rendering then made it possible to highlight the best achievements and to exchange on good practices.

An interactive event that strengthens team cohesion!

This Promptathon was designed to be dynamic, engaging and collaborative. Throughout the session, emphasis was placed onexperimentation, the teamwork And theresponsible use of AI tools in the Monnoyeur environment.
