Our AI Show at the Plaza Athénée

The Plaza Athénée, an iconic palace located on Avenue Montaigne in Paris, is a global symbol of French elegance. Between high fashion, gastronomy and the art of hospitality, every moment is designed to offer an exceptional experience.
AI Sisters had the privilege of supporting the Plaza Athénée in a tailor-made mission to introduce its teams to artificial intelligence.
In total, 60 employees participated in this unique experience, divided into two stages:
- a first session dedicated to COMEX,
- One second to heads of services and related professions.
The challenge ahead
- Introduce employees to AI in a simple, concrete and inspiring way.
- Making AI useful for related jobs: reception, concierge, communication, marketing, event organization, etc.
- Switch from curiosity (“What is AI?”) to action: for each employee to see concretely how AI can simplify repetitive tasks while stimulating creativity.
- Maintaining the Palace's DNA — demanding, premium, sensory — while introducing tools that transform internal processes.
What we were aiming for together
- Acculturate Plaza Athénée teams to prompting techniques and relevant AI tools.
- Demonstrate how AI can improve both productivity (reduction of time on repetitive tasks) and the creativity (generation of new ideas, new experiences).
- Create a strong and collective moment, marking the beginning of a sustainable AI culture within the palace.

Our approach
We designed a Immersive AI acculturation show, designed to inspire, unite and provide practical keys that can be immediately activated.
This show combined :
- A lively and interactive pedagogy : an alternation of clear explanations, concrete demonstrations and participatory moments where employees tested their own prompts.
- A gradual discovery :
- fundamentals of generative AI,
- different prompting techniques,
- concrete use cases applied to luxury and hotels.

- Tools tested live : ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gamma, Gamma, Notebook LM, and DALL·E (real-time image creation).
What we have put in place
The immersive show allowed :
- Create a strong awareness of the impact of AI on luxury hotel professions.
- Donate practical reflexes : how to formulate a good prompt, how to adapt tools to business needs, how to save time immediately.
- Present live demonstrations on very concrete use cases linked to the daily life of the Palace.
✨ Outstanding example :
The teams used AI to imagine a custom cocktail intended for a special guest who is passionate about wild strawberries.
- The AI generated an original recipe, aligned with the universe of the Plaza Athénée.
- It even made it possible to calculate the Cocktail price, integrating ingredient costs and margin.
- This exercise, which was both fun and operational, left an impression and showed how AI could serve creativity and business rigor.

The concrete impacts
- 60 employees trained, from COMEX to related jobs.
