Why train developers in AI (and why it's still rare)
Almost all AI training organizations form business profiles. Marketing, finance, HR, managers. And that is very good.
But who trains developers?
Hardly anyone.
And yet, These are the profiles that have the most to gain from AI. Not because they are late — quite the opposite. It is precisely because they already master the code that AI is becoming a huge lever in their hands.
A dev who knows how to code AND who knows how to use AI to accelerate, debug, refactor, document? It is a profile that moves into another dimension of productivity. It's like an excellent driver playing an F1 car.
30 participants, very different profiles, the same objective
The challenge of this training was the diversity of profiles around the table. In the same room:
- Developers Who write code on a daily basis
- Technical project managers Who pilot the builds
- Non-technical project managers who coordinate the deliverables on the client side
That is exactly what makes this training exciting.
For devs, AI doesn't replace their expertise — it amplifies what they already know how to do. And for non-technical profiles, it opens a door that they did not have before: prototyping an idea, generating a model, moving forward without waiting for a dev sprint.

4 sessions to move from curiosity to action
No abstract theory, no generic demo.
Each session was built around the real use cases of the Mazarine teams.
Session 1 — Integrating AI into everyday life
Understand what tools to use, for what tasks, and how to integrate them without disrupting existing processes.
The objective: to create a common base for the whole team, dev and non-dev, before moving on to practice.
Session 2 — Creating models and prototyping with AI
Generate back office and front-end prototypes in minutes with tools like Lovable, Bolt and V0.
What used to take an entire sprint is now done in one afternoon — including for non-technical profiles.
Session 3 — Coding with AI
The most technical and the most anticipated session. On the program:
- Cursor — the code editor augmented by AI
- Advanced Prompt Engineering for production-quality results
- Figma Pipeline → MCP → Cursor to go from design to React code in real time
- Automated testing with TestSprite via MCP
- Refactoring, debugging, documentation
Session 4 — Final Prompathon: real customer brief, live production
It's always the strongest part. Mixed teams devs + project managers, fictional customer brief, and real-time production.
The mission: deliver a complete, functional, deployed and documented site — brief analysis, User Stories, technical architecture, front end generation with V0 + Cursor, Firebase backend, Firebase backend, Vercel tests and deployment.
What took a week was done in a few hours.
At the end: each group presented what they had produced live in front of the whole room.
