A seminar dedicated to generative artificial intelligence for the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs

The Department of Cultural, Social and Educational Diplomacy of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs invited AI Sisters To animate a Promptathon AI. This event brought together 150 employees in a day rich in learning and creativity, with the aim of discover and master generative AI.

The first part was dedicated to the discovery of ChatGPT and the art of prompting:

The first part of this seminar allowed 150 participants to become familiar with ChatGPT, by discovering How this tool can transform their professional practices :

  • Simplifying tasks : assistance in writing documents or generating ideas.
  • Augmented creativity : find solutions adapted to cultural projects.
  • Optimized organization : facilitate the search for information and the structuring of ideas.

The participants also learned The art of prompting, the key competency to interact effectively with AI.

  • Formulate specific prompts and strategic thanks to methods presented, magic formulas, as well as mistakes to avoid.
  • Adapt their prompts to get results personalized and impacting.


The second part was dedicated to Prompthaton

‍The second part of this seminar took the form of a collaborative workshop, where participants put their new skills into practice during an immersive competition.
The objective of this Prompthaton was to create innovative solutions, strengthen collaboration and demonstrate the concrete possibilities of AI in cultural and educational projects.

In this Prompthaton: ‍

  • The 150 employees were divided into 4 rooms to work on varied scenarios, designed for stimulate their creativity.
  • One Prompt self-assessment platform, specially developed by AI Sisters, structured and monitored all interactions, allowing teams to measure themselves against each other.

    • An award ceremony to close the event

    The seminar ended with a award ceremony, by highlighting the best prompts created by the teams.

    • An interactive experience that strengthened team cohesion.
    • Engaged and motivated participants, ready to integrate AI into their daily missions.
