Our AI show at Sopra Steria: AI communication & event training

AI Sisters had the honor of supporting Sopra Steria's teams in a tailor-made AI training course, at the crossroads of internal communication and strategic events.
The objective: to help teams take ownership of generative artificial intelligence as part of the emblematic project The Famous Project.

An immersive AI training designed for communication teams

The AI Sisters intervention combined two high-impact formats:

  • A show of acculturation to generative AI: (em) with live demonstrations and concrete use cases, without jargon.
  • A personalized promptathon: (em) 5 rounds of challenges scored automatically on our platform, to anchor good AI reflexes.

The entire training was designed to reinforce the team cohesion, while revealing the potential of AI in project management, corporate communication and the valorization of partnerships.

  • Measuring the social and media impact of The Famous Project using AI.

The Promptathon: AI & creativity around The Famous Project

The second part of the AI training took the form of a Immersive Promptathon on our proprietary platform.

The 5 rounds challenged by the teams:

  • Create an internal activation kit around the project
  • Design a social media content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Imagine an interactive AI device during the race
  • Organize a post-race feedback event
  • Strengthen intergenerational communication around sport and innovation

Result? Creative, concrete ideas that can be quickly actionable with AI tools.

During this AI training, the teams manipulated the following tools:

  • ChatGPT 4 : to structure powerful prompts for communication
  • Perplexity AI : for research, benchmark, and factual writing
  • Gamma & Canva : to create visual supports adapted to internal and external communication
