In a context of international expansion, CFS Brands wanted to support the development of its teams' skills in the uses of generative artificial intelligence.
AI Sisters has thus designed and animated a Full course of AI training in business, fully personalized and 100% in Spanish, in the heart of its Saragossa site.

The challenge ahead
What we were aiming for together
- One AI acculturation show common to involve the entire company.
- three immersive job workshops dedicated respectively to the marketing, sales and R&D divisions.
Our approach
The corporate AI training system was organized in two stages.
Part 1 — The AI acculturation show
A joint session for all employees, to:
- Discover the fundamentals of generative AI and its concrete applications in business.
- Understand how AI can enhance productivity, decision making, and creativity
- Attend live demonstrations on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and DALL·E.
- Create a common language around AI, by breaking technological barriers.
Part 2 — Immersive job workshops
Three specific workshops were then conducted, focusing on real and operational use cases :
Marketing workshop
- Writing SEO-friendly articles and advertising hooks.
- Creating product images with DALL·E.
- Automatic generation of descriptive catalogs and social media posts.
- Production of commercial presentations with Gamma and Napkin.
- Automating competitive intelligence and trend analysis via Perplexity.
Commercial workshop
- Creation of sales materials and personalized offers.
- Generation of reasoned responses to calls for tenders.
- Writing customer emails adapted to the tone and language of each market.
- Automated comparison of quotes and creation of analysis tables.
- Simulation of prospecting pitches and product arguments.
R&D workshop
- Automated synthesis of complex technical documents.
- Generation of simplified product sheets and instructions.
- Comparative analysis of competing technologies.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and cost reduction through ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Use of custom GPTs to organize product information and facilitate internal documentation.
Each workshop was based on the CFS Brands' real problems, guaranteeing direct and measurable ownership of AI uses.
