Emmanuel Macron has announced an investment of 109 billion euros to position France as a European leader in AI. Among the actors involved are Amazon, Mistral AI and international funds like Brookfield and Apollo Global Management. The president also highlighted France's energy advantage thanks to its low-carbon electricity, ideal for powering tomorrow's AI infrastructures. Sam Altman (OpenAI), Sundar Pichai (Google), and other tech leaders discussed the challenges and opportunities of AI.
